With Peter's love for painting and teaching, experience joyous, un-inhibited free form expression both in the studio and outside in a classic Italian rural setting.
Acrylic paint and paper suplied, regional cuisine and local wine included in abundance along with very comfortable rustic accomodation.
The delightful hosts, Jakki and Russell, make sure that you are well looked after and that you enjoy much of the surrounding historic region.



Weekend Workshops

Held in Leichhardt, NSW, Australia.
Full-time artist Peter Griffen invites you to join him in his studio for a weekend of free thinking, experimental, abstract and semi-abstract painting. Many techniques using acrylic paint are demonstrated with a particular emphasis on composition, line and strong colour.
Simple projects are set and participants are encouraged to work at their own rate and in their own way, allowing themselves to be guided by the painterly effects that they produce.
Intuition, self expression and individuality are encouraged.

All materials are supplied. Unlimited amounts of paint, paper, brushes etc. Small groups. Suitable for all levels, beginners, artists and particularly those who are interested in a new painting experience. Morning tea and gourmet lunch provided.
